A Telegram bot is an in-chat account. Mojikey never joins the chat. It only sees the input field, what you type or paste, and clipboard text you choose to use with an AI action.

No.
Does it work in secret chats?
If Telegram is showing the Android keyboard, Mojikey can type there. AI still only runs after you tap an action.
Can it send messages while I am offline?
No. You send from Telegram. Generating AI text needs a network and a signed-in Mojikey account.
