How to Write a Professional Message
A professional message is specific, calm, and short. Mojikey can rewrite your draft into a workplace tone — it cannot decide whether the message should be sent.
Write the point first
Type what you actually need: the ask, the deadline, the context. Vague drafts stay vague after a rewrite. Super talk changes wording; you still supply the facts.
Apply a workplace tone
- Open mail, Slack, Teams, or SMS with Mojikey enabled.
- Tap Super talk and enter the draft on the keyboard.
- Choose a workplace style such as Pro & Reliable, Business Formal, Email Pro, or Clear Communicator. Pin those five in the app if you write at work often.
- Read the result. Remove filler and anything you would not say to that person.

Do not put secrets in AI
Do not paste passwords, customer files you should not share, health data, or confidential threads into Super talk. Review output before it leaves the draft field. See privacy and security.
Questions about this guide
Which Super talk tone is for work?

Can it write a full report?
It is aimed at messages in input fields, not long documents.

It can. Edit until the voice matches how you actually write at work.
Does this work in Gmail?
